Three oil fields discovered in Iraq

Minister of natural resources Ashti Horami in Kurdistan Regional Government announced that three oil fields were discovered containing 2 billion barrels noting that two crude oil refineries will be established to refine 100 000 barrels a day.

Interesting, the Kurds have already signed contracts to recover this oil. Heck, its only 2 billion barrels of oil. Oh, forgot, Iraqis do not have restrictions like we do in America which is preventing us from drilling for well over 100 billion barrels of oil. If one also included the approximately 200 billion barrels discovered in North Dakota, we have plenty of oil. We just need to drill for it.

Fascinating: The Jihadists Admit Defeat in Iraq

Furthermore, I want to point out something even more critical: this defeat is not only a tactical one for the jihadists; this defeat is strategic in essence since it snuffs out their dream of resurrecting the caliphate, the raison d’être of modern jihad.

Mr. Kazimi points out the reduction of Al Qaeda attacks (from their own website).

He demonstrated that while Al-Qaeda’s Islamic State of Iraq could claim 334 operations in Nov. 06 and 292 in May 07, their violent output dropped to 25 in Nov. 07 and 16 so far in May 08. Keep in mind that these assessments are based on Al-Qaeda's own numbers.

From 334 to 16 in May 08. Mr. Kazimi point out the that this defeat is not only tactical, but strategic due to Iraq being central to Al Qaeda's fulfillment of the caliphate.

Lebanon's "300"

While the West is busy living its daily life, a beast is busy killing the freedom of a small community on the East Mediterranean: Lebanon. Indeed, as of last week, the mighty Hezbollah, armed to the teeth with 30,000 rockets and missiles and aligning thousands of self described “Divine soldiers” has been marching across the capital, terrorizing its population, shutting down media, taking its politicians and the Prime Minister as hostages, and looting at will. The hordes of Lebanon’s “Khomeinist Janjaweeds” have conquered already half of the Middle East’s cultural capital, Beirut. As I have reported before, Hezbollah has occupied West Beirut and has since sent its storm troops in multiple directions to resume the blitz.

Lebanon is falling to Hezbollah slowly and surely.
